Manivannan Velayuthan is a multifaceted performer with a rich career in singing, acting, directing, and event management spanning over three decades. His contributions to the Malaysian and regional entertainment industry have made him a respected figure in cultural and musical circles.
Mani, as he is fondly known, began stage performances at the age of 13 and has since been a prominent figure in live shows across Malaysia and Singapore. He was featured in high-profile events government events and had participated in international music festivals.
We are sure, many locals will remember his frequent appearance on RTM, TV3, NTV7, and ASTRO Vaanavil, performing in well-known programs such as “Deepavali Special,” “Hiburan Minggu Ini,” and “Nineithaale Inikkum.”
In addition to singing, Manivannan has also collaborated with top local composers and served as a judge for various university as well national-level singing competitions.
This entertainer, has also graced the local telemovies and serials scene. Having the vast and extensive experience in the entertainment industry, Manivannan has also taken up co-directing, consulting, and production of shows.
From singing and acting to directing and event management, he has consistently delivered performances and productions that resonate with audiences, making him a key figure in the Malaysian entertainment scene.
