AMMA FOUNDATION 2017 Annual Achievers Awards

Please be informed that AMMA Foundation will be holding its Annual High
Performers Awards presentation ceremony to recognise all high achievers of
the SPM 2015 examinations. Results will be announced tomorrow (16.3.17). We
would like to inform you of the closing date for submission of nominations
for the high achievers, which is *30 April 2017*. This year the Board of
Directors have decided to only honour those students who have scored a
minimum of 8As and above (A- will not be accepted).

Each applicant must forward the following:

1.  A copy of SPM 2016 result slip
2.  A copy of student’s IC/ Mykad and photograph
3. Correspondence address and contact details of student
4. Number of siblings and their current status (ie employed or
   studying)
5. Parent’s occupation
6. AMMA Affiliates/Samajam details

We will inform you details of the event as soon as we have finalised the
various details.
