We are happy to inform that Sopaanam arts is organising the above programme in Kuala Lumpur in aid of Cansurvive Centre Malaysia on 31st August 2016 & 1st September 2016 , Wednesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm at Shantanand Auditorium, Temple Of Fine Arts, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur .

” A pastiche of sound , vivid imagery and theatre , Unifying Spirituality through Indian , Asian and Western Musical Cultures “

In this Programme we are blessed with the world renowned Actress, dancer, choreographer, Mridangam Player and stage performer Padma Sri Shobhana who is the only artist in the history of indian art who has excelled in classical dance , feature films and as an institutionalist .

Shobhana is accompanied by Musician and Percussionist Sri Anantha R Krishnan Percussion , Renowned Exponant Music Director and Singer Sri Palakkad Sri Ram on Flute , on Key board Miss Prithvi Chandrasekhar , Famous Vocalist Preeti Mahesh and Line Director and Bharatanatyam dancer SriVidhya and local artists from Malaysia .

They will showcase a cross-section of India’s rich cultural heritage in a spectacular celebration of music and dance.

The proceeds raised from the festival will be donated towards ‘Cansurvive Centre Malaysia Berhad, a non-profit Organisation that provides guidance and compassionate community support for patients who suffer from cancer as well as their family and friends.
