SPM High Performers Award by AMMA Foundation

Dear Members of SFTMA,

Kindly be informed that AMMA Foundation will once again be recognising and rewarding high achievers of the SPM 2015 examinations. As in the past, the Foundation will be organising its High Performers’ Awards presentation ceremony in July 2016.  We would like to remind you of the closing date for submission of your nominations for the high achievers, which is 15 April 2016. This year the Board of Directors have decided to only honour those students who have scored a minimum of 8As and above {A(-) will not be accepted}.

Kindly forward the following soonest :

1. Copy of SPM 2015 result slip
2. Copy of student’s IC/ Mykad and Photograph (passport size)
3. Correspondence address and contact details of student
4. Number of siblings and their current status (ie employed or studying)
5. Parent’s occupation
6. AMMA Affiliates/Samajam details (if applicable)

Please indicate that you are a Member of SFTMA and forward all the information by 15 April 2016 to:
